Hanging Weight Limit: 12lb/5.5kg. (They hold 25 lb and up to 40lb on good surfaces, but for safety reasons, currently we set limit as 12 lb, simply because many users are too busy to read user instruction, which may cause suction cups to fall. Upon requests from customers, we will change it back to 25 lb in future package design.)
Instructions for Use:
1. Carefully select a very smooth, non-porous, and flat mounting surface (refer to product image #7).
2. Clean the surface with household cleaner, rinse with warm water, making sure the surface is spotlessly clean. Dry naturally or with lint-free cloth.
3. Immerse suction cups in hot water to soften them up, rinse under warm water, making sure they are spotlessly clean. Shake off excess water.
4. Press suction cup’s head against mounting surface, with hook pointing downward, to make a tight seal.
5. Hang object of interest on the hook.
6. They can stay over a year year on good mounting surfaces that are very smooth and clean, like clean glass. On imperfect surfaces, an air bubble may build up inside the cup after weeks or months of use. If this happens, unload the hook, and press and “burp” the cup to reset it. 7. To remove the suction cup, unload the hook, and then pull on the quick-release tab under the hook.
Attention! Suction Cups’ Two Enemies:
(1) Surface roughness: suction cups work only on flat and smooth surfaces. Refer to product image #7 for examples.
(2) Dirt: please follow user instructions for a spotless cleaning.
