Warranty

• After registering your free 2 year warranty, your Dyson machine will be covered for parts and labor (excluding filters) for 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms of the warranty. Why does the air outlet spray looks very small? Maybe you think the item is weak? it is not actual effect.

This product uses a medical-grade sprayer with a pore diameter of 3μm, so the spray mist is very thin. when the humidity is low and the temperature is high, the spray quickly absorbs the heat in the air and evaporates, so that the wind blowing out of the air outlet reaches a rapid cooling speed effect. Similar products have a large amount of mist because they use a larger atomizer diametre and thicker mist particles. The air outlet is not easy to evaporate, if you blow it directly to th human body for a long time, people will feel the body a feeling of wetness. For our machine, parcticles are small, people will feel more dry, even long time use will not make people feel too wet and discomfort. When you turn on the night light in front of the product under the sun or in a low-light environment, you will obviously see a lot of thin mist spray out.
